Bumper Stickers
Tuesday, July 26, 2005
I finally found a stash of bumper stickers. The owner of Red Snapper Gifts in Anacortes, WA, was excited to learn that I will be plastering my not-so-white car with a multitude of colorful dissent. She gave me a generous discount for my willingness to "make a statement" as she put it.
Here's the list. Please let me know your favorite! (My fave is in bold)
Wow! I'm anxious to tastefully arrange these on my car....and, yes, I will blog the resulting picture. I have reservations about the "Bush for Pres of Iraq" though. It is just not fair to others to export him.
OK, on to other stuff. I've been in a rut with blogging here because each day I think...same old mess in the house; still more work to do before listing the house for sale; still organizing, packing, planning. YAWN. How boring!
But the grunt work isn't the point. The real point is that we are TAKING CONTROL of our lives and are on the cusp (still) of a better, simpler way of living. still. sigh
The mosquitoes have been a nuisance lately.
That is all.

- ART NOT APATHY

- Civil Liberties / Don't Leave Home Without Them
- In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act
