sale

We have paid for 2 separate ads in the "Little Nickel". Not much luck.

Now our sale items have been moved into the carport and out of our way in the house while we scramble to finish various tasks.

Whisper is on guard. (Yeah....right).

Today we sold the ice cream maker, an alarm clock, a BB gun, and the jigsaw.

Anybody want a trampoline?

I just don't know how you do it.
It takes a really special person to be able to part with your things. I can see parting with my furniture. All of it. But my accessories NO WAY. Not the carpets, not the pans, plates, kitchen things, OR object's d'art. The junkie stuff from childhood yes, but like old Christmas ornaments etc that remind me of family ie old phone, & Victrola NO WAY again.

I'm OK with getting rid of just about everything, except art. and the Christmas ornaments stay too. And I have my great-grandmother's wicker rocking chair from the late 1800's; and some stuff I've been storing from all 3 sons.

It appears we may be renting a small air conditioned storage unit.
